This home is located on a beautiful piece of property that served as a blank slate for designers to create an outdoor living space. The inground pool would serve as the center piece for this design, including an outdoor kitchen, pergola, patio and seating walls. A stunning natural stone staircase and walkway leads you to the newly created outdoor living space. Previously unusable space under the screened in porch was transformed into an enjoyable intimate sitting area.

Adjacent to the pool, a custom-built cedar pergola frames an elegant outdoor kitchen designed for year-round entertaining. Outfitted with a stainless steel grill, breakfast bar, granite countertops, and weatherproof cabinetry, this space brings indoor comfort outdoors in style.
Belgard Paver Patio & Natural Stone Features
Surrounding the pool and kitchen is a spacious Belgard paver patio, complete with a contrasting border for added dimension. Natural stone steps, landings, and flagstone steppers lead to thoughtfully placed seating areas and boulder outcroppings, creating a seamless connection between the living spaces and the landscape.
